e-Rewards is an invitation-only rewards community. How do I join e-Rewards for my 600 Free Avios?

To join you need to visit the BA-branded e-Rewards portal here – https://www.e-rewards.com/en/global_britishairways – and fill out your details. You must be a UK resident, over the age of 16 years, and have a BA Executive Club account to join.

After you’ve joined you can fill out more details regarding your lifestyle/interests in order to receive personalised surveys which match your interests.

To get your 600 Avios you need to successfully complete your first survey.

How do I find the surveys? How long do they take?

You can log in to your account and view the available surveys, e-Rewards will also email you if there is a survey that you may qualify for.

Some surveys have a pre-qualification element to ensure you are the correct demographic for the survey. If you do not qualify after this ensure your profile is up to date with accurate information as you won’t receive any points if you fail the pre-qualification UNLESS it is a longer pre-qualification where you’ll be offered a small amount of points.

The surveys generally take 10/15 minutes and you can see an estimate before you take each survey.

How many Free Avios can I earn with e-Rewards?

Your first survey will earn you 600 Avios. After this, you will earn ‘Opinion Points’ which you can then convert into Avios points. The minimum transfer is 1,200 Opinion Points which convert into 250 Avios. If you convert a higher amount the exchange rate gets a little better…

Once you’ve redeemed your Opinion Points for Avios they can take up to 35 days to show in your BA account.
