NEW! £50 Hilton / Amex Cashback Deal Launched
Amex has just recently launched £50 Hilton Cashback offer on some of their cards. You can get £50 back on £200+ spent on select European Hilton hotels. If you are targeted you will find the offer under your offers page in the App or on the website. Make sure you check all your cards as you might find it appears on one but not others.
How do I get the £50 Hilton Cashback off my next stay?
First of all, you need to register for the offer on your American Express card in the app or on the website. Once registered you need to spend £200 at a participating Hilton hotel by the 31st of May. The rules confirm that cumulative spending counts so this doesn’t need to be in one transaction.

Existing bookings are covered (as long as you haven’t paid already!) there is no need to rebook.
Don’t forget…
Hilton currently has an offer running until the 30th of April called ‘Double Up & Explore.’ With it, you will receive double base points on all stays. In addition to this, you will also earn an additional 1,000 bonus Hilton Honors points for every different brand you stay with (starting with your first stay) after registering until the end of April.
If you booked a hotel for £200 you’d receive £50 cashback under the cashback offer and as a Diamond member, you’d receive 9,800 base points (double under the ‘Double Up & Explore’ offer,) 1,000 bonus points for staying at a different brand for a total of 10,800 points which we’d value at £54 (see how to value your own points here.) This combined with the £50 cashback equals an impressive 52% rebate on your spending!

Conclusion
Consider whether the £50 cashback means it makes sense to move an existing stay to Hilton, particularly with the addition of the bonus points if you stay before the 30th of April. Hi,
I have tried to register for the £50 offer – but Amex say that it doesn’t exist in their system and Hilton have no mention of it on their website? Any suggestions?

It’s an Amex ‘cashback’ offer so you won’t find any reference to it on the Hilton website. Unfortunately it’s likely the offer reached it limits (offers are typically limited to a certain number of ‘saves’ to cards.) This offer does run reasonably often so do regularly check your cards to see.
