How does the Double Points Promotion work?

Every stay between the 2nd of May 2023 and the 2nd of September 2023 will earn double base points (20 points per $1 + status bonus). As there are no additional bonuses the rebate in points value works in a fixed percentage regardless of how much you spend. Let’s take a look at a few examples…

For example…

A stay on this promotion at a hotel paying £100 a night for 3 nights (£300) as a non-status Hilton member would get you the following…

10 base points per $1 – 3,500 points
Hilton bonus points through the double points promotion – 3,500 points

This would leave you with 7,500 Hilton points which are worth £35 based on our 0.5p valuation per Hilton point. This works out as just under a 12% rebate on your spend. If you are a non status member this will be your return on all bookings if you also value a Hilton point at 0.5p

Example 2…

If you were staying at a hotel during this promotion paying £300 a night for 3 nights (£900) as a Diamond member would get you the following…

10 base points per $1 – 10,650 points
Elite status bonus – 10,650 points
Hilton bonus points through the double points promotion – 10,650 points

This would leave you with 31,950 Hilton points which are worth £159.75 based on our 0.5p valuation per Hilton point. This works out at just under 18% rebate on your spend. If you are a Diamond member this will be your return on all bookings if you also value a Hilton point at 0.5p

Staying one night at a hotel during this promotion paying £150 a night as a Gold member would get you the following…

10 base points per $1 – 1,750 points
Elite status bonus – 1,400 points
