Teachers! Qatar Airways is giving away 21,000 flights to anywhere

Qatar Airways has launched a massive global giveaway which starts this morning at 2am (UK time.) They are giving away 21,000 flights to anywhere in their network to Teachers. This follows on from their previous promotion of giving away 100,000 flights to healthcare professionals If you work in education read on to find out if you are eligible!

21,000 free flights for Teachers

Tomorrow (5th June) is World Teachers Day and to celebrate Qatar Airways will be launching their 21,000 free flights for Teachers tonight at 2 am (Monday 5th June 2020)

You can choose 1 ticket which is fully flexible for destinations on Qatar’s network and for travel up to 30th September 2021. Only airport taxes must be paid.

Additionally you will receive a 50% voucher which can be used for a companion to accompany the winner or for another future flight by the winner. The companion must be at least 12 years old.

Bookings can be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the first flight’s date of departure & must be booked by the 1st November 2020.

How do I get my tickets?

The tickets are ‘first come first served’ and every country has their own ticket allocation. So if you are up at 2am (a few hours time when publishing) you’ll have pretty good odds!

Additional allocation of tickets are released at 2am on Tuesday & Wednesday but competition for them will be tougher I’m sure!

If you are successful you will receive a promotional code which you can use to book your free flight and your additional flight at 50% off.

What’s the catch?

YOU MUST BE A TEACHER e.g. Classroom Paraprofessional, Teaching Assistant & Substitute, Intervention & Inclusion Specialist, Tutor, Senior Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, Student counsellor, Primary Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Casual Teacher, ESL Teacher, Special Ed Teacher, Teacher Aide, Vocational Education and Training (VET) Instructor, Pre-School & Early Years Practitioner, and Classroom Technician. You will have to provide physical documents of authenticity i.e. Official Employment Letter, Staff ID or Reference number certificate in addition to regular passport documents. (your companion/user of the 50% voucher does not need to be a teacher)

Tickets must be booked before 1st November, with travel valid until 30th September 2021. Fare and surcharges will be waived on tickets, airport taxes apply.
